Returns and repairs without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Before using UWE Europe’s RMA system make sure you have tried the following options:
1. Always consult the instruction manual first.
2. Please contact your distributor from whom you purchased your scale.
3. Contact UWE Europe through the website or by phone.
If your product still doesn’t function properly use our RMA system by using the following steps:
1. Check if your product is under warranty.
2. Contact your distributor for the conditions concerning warranty.
3. Please fill out the complete form and we will send your RMA number via e-mail.
